Is there a free trial?

Yes — the Fully Managed plan includes a 7-day free trial with no credit card required. If you're not happy within the first 30 days, we'll refund your setup fee, no questions asked.

What's included in the $2,999 setup fee?

Everything. We handle the discovery call (30 min of your time), custom training on your business, knowledge base build, calendar integration, call forwarding setup, testing, and go-live support. You approve before anything goes live.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. There's no lock-in contract on any plan. Cancel with 30 days notice — though most clients stay because Anita pays for herself within the first week.

How long does setup take?

Most clients are live before their next busy Monday. The process takes 30 minutes of your time — we handle everything else within 3–5 business days.

What happens if Anita can't answer a question?

Anita escalates to a human. She'll let the caller know and either transfer the call, take a message, or schedule a callback — depending on your preference. Nothing slips through.

Does Anita work after hours and on weekends?

24/7, including public holidays. That's one of the biggest wins — every call answered at 11pm on a Sunday gets the same experience as a Monday morning call.

Can I use my existing phone number?

Yes. Anita answers on your existing number via call forwarding. Your number stays yours — nothing changes for your customers.
